This page gives you instructions on how to meet some of the WILL's terms.

An extremely IMPORTANT thing to know, is that when we referred to the Holy Spirit as the Lawyer who reads God's will to us and explains it to us, that is revelation knowledge.

Revelation knowledge does not come just because any more than eternal life comes just because. There are terms that must be met in order to receive the revelation.

On the previous page we gave you the terms for receiving eternal or everlasting life. Do you understand what eternal life means? It means that we are once again in a family relationship with God the Father forever. When God told Adam that when he ate of the forbidden fruit he would die, He meant that Adam would no longer have a family relationship with Him. In other words they would be separated from each other to the extent that they would no longer communicate with each other and Adam could not receive the benefits that He had when they still were in a family relationship.

Here are the terms for receiving revelation knowledge. Hebrews 11:6  But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that comes to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that (1)diligently seek him.

Here is where most people miss out. Notice the (1) in front of diligently. Here is the definition of the Greek word translated as diligently seek: G1567. ekzeteo, ek-zay-teh'-o; from G1537 and G2212; to search out, i.e. (fig.) investigate, crave, demand, (by Heb.) worship:--en- (re-) quire, seek after (carefully, diligently).

American Heritage Dictionary: Crave: 1. To have an intense desire for. See Synonyms at  desire. 2. To need urgently; require. 3. To beg earnestly for; implore. See Synonyms at  beg. --intr. To have an eager or intense desire.

The key here is crave. Naturally if something is being craved, it will be diligently sought. This craving is like a dope addict craving dope or an alcoholic craving alcohol. These people have one trait in common. They are going to get what they are craving regardless of what other people say, think or do.

So it is with a child of God. When that person wants the revelation more than anything else and are going with it regardless of what other people think, say or do, they have met the terms and they shall know the truth and the truth will make them free.

Most Christians probably meet the first two thirds of this verse. Notice, however, that the conjunction "and" is there. If you don't have what is on both sides of a conjunction, you do not have anything.

I do not know about you, but I have been in bondage and I like freedom better. I have been sick and I like health better. I have been in poverty and I like prosperity better.

Now let us look at another scripture where craving is required. I knew for a long time that the Word of God could be misused and be harmful. I finally found confirmation of that in the Word.  1 Pet 2:2  As newborn babes, (2)desire the (3)sincere milk of the word, that you may grow thereby:

Take note that in order to grow a person must desire the sincere milk.

2. G1971. epipotheo, ep-ee-poth-eh'-o; from G1909 and  potheo (to yearn); to dote upon, i.e. intensely crave possession (lawfully or wrongfully):--(earnestly) desire (greatly), (greatly) long (after), lust.
3. 97. adolos, ad'-ol-os; from G1 (as a neg. particle) and G1388; undeceitful, i.e. (fig.) unadulterated:--sincere.

We see that desire means to intensely crave. And sincere means un-deceitful or unadulterated.

AHD: Intense:  1. Possessing or displaying a distinctive feature to an extreme degree: the intense sun of the tropics. 2. Extreme in degree, strength, or size: intense heat. 3. Involving or showing strain or extreme effort: intense concentration. 4.a. Deeply felt; profound: intense emotion. b. Tending to feel deeply: an intense writer. [Middle English, from Old French, from Latin intnsus, stretched, intent, from past participle of intendere, to stretch, intend.

AHD: crave: 1. To have an intense desire for. See Synonyms at  desire. 2. To need urgently; require. 3. To beg earnestly for; implore. See Synonyms at  beg. --intr. To have an eager or intense desire.

AHD: deceitful: de·ceit·ful (d¹-stfl) adj. 1. Given to cheating or deceiving. 2. Deliberately misleading; deceptive. See Synonyms at  dishonest. --de·ceitful·ly adv. --de·ceitful·ness n.

AHD: adulterated: a·dul·ter·at·ed, a·dul·ter·at·ing, a·dul·ter·ates. 1. To make impure by adding extraneous, improper, or inferior ingredients. --a·dul·ter·ate  (-tr-¹t) adj. 1. Spurious; adulterated. 2. Adulterous

With this in mind it is easy to see that the Word can not be approached nonchalantly and receive any benefit from it.

That is one of the reasons our Integrated New Testament is of such benefit when studying to learn the terms of God's WILL. The Integrated New Testament is far easier to study than any other copy of the Word.

One more vitally important item.  Jesus made a defining statement regarding Christianity. He either told the truth or He was the most colossal liar of all time. If He lied, there is no need to even read the Bible because He lied about other things too. If He told the truth, however, then every human being needs to study and believe the Christian Bible.

Here is that statement. Consider it very carefully.  Jo. 14:6  Jesus said unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes unto the Father, but by me.

Certainly, there are those who push the theory of evolution, but, I say to you, it is wrong and it really does not take a smart person to understand that. There is no way that anything as intricate as the human body could have evolved.
The theory of evolution came about because of a misunderstanding of humanity. People have assumed that we are physical beings which isn't true. We are spirit beings living in a physical body in order to operate in this physical world.
Since we are spirit beings there are three sources for our thoughts. Some are ours alone. Some are from the Holy Spirit of God. And some are from the devil who is called Satan. The theory of evolution came from Satan because he hates God with a passion that can't be comprehended by our mind.
Therefore he has mounted a two prong attack on the human race. The first was to get people to disbelieve the truth of God's word. The second was the theory of evolution. Both produce the same results. They keep God's prime creation (humans) from receiving the great benefits God desires to give to them.

So where does that leave us? Actually it leaves us with the reality that there is a creator. And if Jesus told the truth, then the Creator is His father.

Look again at what Jesus said: "I am the way, the truth and the life, no man comes to the father but by me".
This being the case, any one who does not believe in Jesus, for whatever reason, is in a heap of trouble.

John 3:14  And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:

John 3:15  That whoever believes in him should not (4)perish, but have eternal life.

4.G622. apollumi, ap-ol'-loo-mee; from G575 and the base of G3639; to destroy fully (reflex. to perish, or lose), lit. or fig.:--destroy, die, lose, mar, perish.

John 3:16  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

John 3:17  For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be (5)saved.

5. 4982. sozo, sode'-zo; from a prim.  sos (contr. for obsol.  saos, "safe"); to save, i.e. deliver or protect (lit. or fig.):--heal, preserve, save (self), do well, be (make) whole.

The majority of those who actually believe in God think that the word save or saved means simply getting reborn into the spiritual family of God. It involves much more than that as can be seen by the definition above.

John 3:18  He that believes on him is not condemned: but he that believes not is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

John 3:19  And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

John 3:20  For every one that does evil hates the light, neither comes to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
